Terms and Conditions for Web Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering or using any web design, software scripts, or IT services from Tech Taranga. By accessing or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Work & Revisions

Project requirements and deliverables are mutually agreed upon prior to project initiation. Any additional feature requests or architectural changes outside the signed scope will be quoted separately with corresponding timelines.

2. Payment Terms

Custom development projects standardly require a 50% advance deposit to commence development, with the remaining 50% due upon final QA testing and delivery. Ready-to-deploy software scripts and single licenses require full payment upfront.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary logos, copy, media assets, and server credentials in a timely manner to facilitate project delivery within agreed timeframes.

4. Warranty & Support

We provide dedicated post-launch maintenance and bug-fixing support as specified in your service contract.
